This Universal Parts CVK Carburetor Diaphragm replaces a torn, stiff, or punctured throttle slide diaphragm in 24mm CVK-style carburetors on GY6 125cc and 150cc 4-stroke scooters. It restores vacuum-operated slide movement, which fixes poor idle, hesitation, and flat spots caused by a failed diaphragm.

Features

  • CVK 24mm replacement: For the slide-valve carburetors used on most GY6 125/150cc scooters.
  • Restores throttle response: Brings back smooth, vacuum-operated slide lift.
  • Flexible rubber: Seals the vacuum chamber and flexes with every throttle change.
  • Alignment tab: A tab on the outer rim locates the diaphragm correctly in the carb body.

Model Fitment

Engine Displacement Carburetor
GY6 152QMI 125cc 4-stroke 24mm CVK
GY6 157QMJ 150cc 4-stroke 24mm CVK

GY6 engines are based on Honda's original GY6 design and are used by many Chinese scooter brands. Before ordering, check the engine code on your engine case and compare your old diaphragm to the 23mm ID and 60mm OD.

Installation Notes

Align the rim tab with the notch in the carburetor body, and ensure the diaphragm lip is fully seated before refitting the top cover. A pinched lip will cause air leaks and poor slide lift.
