About AZScooterParts

AZScooterParts is operated by A to Z Parts Inc. These terms describe the use of our website and purchases made through it. Our shipping policy, return and refund policy and privacy policy provide additional information about your order and personal information. Orders placed through a marketplace are also subject to that marketplace's applicable terms.

Selecting the correct part

Review the selected option, SKU, dimensions, specifications and application notes before ordering. Different colors, sizes, weights, engine versions or vehicle years may use different parts. A search result, category or vehicle-finder match alone is not confirmation that a part fits your particular vehicle.

Contact us before ordering if the information is unclear. Provide the part number, relevant measurements, engine code or vehicle details when available. Installation and use must follow applicable product instructions and safety requirements.

Prices, payment and order details

Prices are shown in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Your selected product options, shipping charges, applicable taxes and order total are displayed during checkout. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and review your order before paying. Your order confirmation summarizes the items requested. Contact us promptly if it contains an error.

If we identify a pricing error or another issue that prevents fulfillment, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If the order cannot proceed, we will cancel the affected unshipped items and promptly refund the amount paid for them and associated charges.

Availability and fulfillment

Products are fulfilled on our behalf by a third-party partner. Stock information can change between updates. Our shipping policy describes processing, delivery and charges. If shipment is delayed beyond the stated period, we will seek your agreement to the delay or provide the applicable prompt refund for the unshipped items.

For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, supported US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses only, checkout shipping charges are estimates subject to the packed shipment. If the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount paid, we may request your approval and payment of the difference before shipment or cancel the order with a full refund. You may decline the additional charge and receive a full refund for the canceled, unshipped order. No additional amount will be charged without your agreement. This provision does not apply to deliveries in the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. See our shipping policy for eligible destinations, USPS-only service restrictions and details.

Changes and cancellations

Use our contact form as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. We will confirm whether the request can still be carried out. Once an order has shipped, any eligible return follows our return and refund policy. This does not limit your cancellation or refund rights for a delayed or unfulfilled shipment.

Returns and product issues

Our return and refund policy sets out eligibility, exclusions, shipping responsibilities and the authorization process. Submit your return request within 30 days of placing your order. There is no customer restocking fee on eligible returns. To start a return, sign in to your customer account, open the order and choose Return items. We verify eligibility under our return and refund policy and obtain the required return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before approving shipment. Do not send anything back before receiving your RMA number, approved return destination and instructions. The RMA instructions specify the deadline for shipping your authorized return. A request alone does not approve a return or refund.

For a product defect or warranty question, contact us with your order number, selected SKU and a description of the issue. Any product-specific warranty terms depend on the product and the applicable warranty; these terms do not create a blanket warranty period for the catalog.

Website use and product information

Use the website and checkout lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, misrepresent your identity or interfere with the website's operation or security. Keep your account access details secure.

Product information can be updated as specifications and applications are clarified. Updates do not authorize an undisclosed substitution for an item you ordered. If a replacement is proposed, we will seek your agreement before supplying it.

Your rights and privacy

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.
