Description

This Prima 106mm Drum Brake Shoes set is a direct-fit replacement for the rear drum brake on Genuine 50cc and 110cc scooters, Chicago Scooter Company 50cc models, and 139QMB-powered 50cc scooters. If your brake lever is pulling back further than it should or the stopping feels weak, fresh shoes bring back firm, predictable braking.

  • Direct-fit replacement: Made to drop into the stock drum brake.
  • Pair of shoes: Two brake shoes with return springs for a complete drum reline.
  • Wide fitment: Fits popular Genuine, CSC and 139QMB 50cc scooters.

139QMB is the 50cc four-stroke scooter engine based on the Honda GY6 design. Many Minarelli-style 50cc two-stroke scooters also use a 106mm drum. Measure your drum and check the engine code stamped on your engine case to confirm fit.

Installation Notes

  • Check the inside of the drum for scoring or wear before installing new shoes.
  • Clean brake dust out of the drum and hub, and don't get grease on the shoe linings.
  • Adjust the brake cable or rod after installing, and test the brake before riding.
