Tune your centrifugal clutch engagement RPM with the Malossi Clutch Spring Set (SKU M 299605). Includes 9 hardened carbon steel coil springs in three color-coded tensions — 3 green (soft), 3 blue (medium), and 3 red (hard) — so you can dial in the engagement point to match your riding style or engine build. Double-hook ends for secure shoe retention. Fits original 107mm 3-shoe centrifugal clutches and the Malossi Fly Clutch and Delta Clutch systems.

Spring Tension Guide

  • Green (3x) — Soft: Engages at lower RPM (~2,500–4,500 rpm) — smooth, easy take-off, ideal for stock or light city riding
  • Blue (3x) — Medium: Moderate engagement (~4,500–6,000 rpm) — balanced daily use
  • Red (3x) — Hard: Engages at highest RPM (~5,500–7,000 rpm) — aggressive, high-revving starts and performance builds
