Dr. Pulley Performance Variator Kit - Polaris RZR 170

This Dr. Pulley Performance Variator Kit is a complete front pulley upgrade for the Polaris RZR 170 youth UTV. It replaces the stock variator for stronger top-end speed and smoother, more consistent power delivery, and it comes with everything you need for the swap except the roller weights.

Features

• Complete variator kit: Finned drive face, variator, ramp plate with sliders, drive boss and shims in one box.
• Finned drive face: Machined aluminum drive face with cooling fins.
• Bushed variator: Variator body with a bronze-colored center bushing.
• Ramp plate with sliders: Back plate with three sliders installed.
• Uses 18x14mm weights: Pair with Dr. Pulley 18x14mm sliding weights to tune for acceleration or top speed.

Installation Notes

• Roller weights are not included. You'll need a set of 18x14mm weights.
• Lighter weights give faster acceleration and better hill pull. Heavier weights give more top speed and lower cruising RPM.
• Use a variator holding tool and torque the nut to factory spec.
